理事長紹介

中谷登代治（なかたにとよはる）

1956年12月　奈良県生まれ・在住　一男一女。
大阪市立大（現在の大阪公立大）・理・博・中退。
飛島建設・技術研究所にてダム、トンネル、明かり現場での社内コンサルティング業務に従事。
施工に精通した岩盤・地質専門家。土砂災害の専門家。施工現場での安全管理も経験豊富。阪神コンサルタンツ・技術開発部をへて、脱サラ・独立。
㈱きぃすとんを1991年に設立。ロープアクセス技術による調査・点検業務を開始。
1997年には（一社）ロープアクセス技術協会を設立し、技術の普及を進める。
